As our business is registered in Germany, consumer rights are governed by German law.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

1.1 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
The supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
3. Services and Digital Products
If services or digital products (e.g., online courses, memberships, downloadable content) are offered, consumers generally have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal from the date of contract conclusion.
However, the right of withdrawal expires for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if:
The consumer has expressly agreed that execution of the contract begins before the withdrawal period expires, and
The consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once execution has begun.
For services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that the consumer has expressly consented to the beginning of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance.
If a service is partially performed during the withdrawal period, the consumer must pay an appropriate amount corresponding to the services already provided.
